         Inner Blue Wellness is a Light Pressure Massage Therapy Practice aimed with the goal of healing through non-invasive modalities. Such as, CranialSacral Therapy, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy, Polarity, and Energy Work with Reflexology. At Inner Blue, Jon incorporates all of his knowledge about the body to best help with clients current needs. A typical session with him is broken down usually to 60% Passive (stationary) and 40% Active (moving). Passive meaning the Techniques listed above and Active meaning Swedish Massage, Active-Resistant Moves, and Stretches. (Please Visit Modality Descriptions for all techniques listed above and rates.)

His Approach to the Body

        Since 2022 he has approached the body mainly from a Cranial Sacral Therapy and Reiki mindset. CranialSacral Therapy is geared to finding "the core" root of the issue in the body and disrupt that chain reaction. While Reiki works to help clear blockages with your energy body and field. These two light touch forms of Body work help to best guide me into further understanding the body under my hands and how to best help it within this session. So within each session he always take the time to do an assessment and work out any energy cyst (block). He also found that these two forms are great for relaxation not only for the physical, but also your mental and spiritual bodies. 

What A New Client Can Expect

       Recommended to wear loose clothing. (loose t-shirt, shorts, yoga pants.)  Arrive Early to go over; Health History, Main Complaint/Reason For Visit, Expectations as client/therapist. On the first visit He tends to spend more time on a Cranial assessment and working out the main diaphragm holds on the body. He tend to incorporate some Swedish on the back and neck to help loosen the muscle. Also perform some stretches. End session and go over Game Plan/homework and Reschedule. 

Home Office Space Availability

     Located In Dearborn, MI. I have a room created for masage clients. My household has two cats and a dog that will be put away upon visit. I have two steps on my porch to climb. If allergic please see other options below. Please call to find out availability 

Office Space Availability 

     Located In Trenton, MI at Lotus Wholistic Wellness. 2855 West Jefferson Ave. I rent a massage space here on Wednesday and Friday Morning from 10am-3pm, Thursday Evenings from 3pm - 8pm. Every First and Third Saturday 10am-3pm.

In-home/Travel care

     This option is available for people who live within 30 minutes of the Dearborn area. For In-home care add $20 dollars to each service. Please call to find out availability.
